The Reservation Guide for XMU‘s Centenary Celebration ：The International College Alumni
April 6, 2021 marks Xiamen University’s centenary anniversary. In order to meet the needs of alumni reception and the epidemic prevention and control work better, the alumni who want to return to school should make a reservation in advance. Please scan the QR code below, log into the Centenary Celebration Meeting System to make an appointment.
Step 1. Register an account
Click “register” in the lower left corner to register an account. Registration can be verified by mobile phone or email, and mobile phone is recommended. Please fill the accurate information, such as, name, ID type, ID number, mobile phone number, and email address.
Step 2. Fill in registration information
After logging in, please fill your information first. The registration result will be sent to the registered mobile phone(email), and you can also log into the system to check.The photos uploaded by the system are mainly used for face recognition and certificate making, and all alumni need to upload them. For the personnel type, please select return as alumnus.
Reminder: The more complete the information is, the faster the verification will be passed.
Step 3. Reservation to return
During the centenary celebration, the alumni can reserve through the Centenary Celebration Meeting System, which includes two ways, the “self-return reservation” and “college activity reservation”. The result will be sent to the registered phone or email, and also you can log into the system to check it. And after the reservation is approved, the school will open the access authority according to the reserved information. Please show your original ID when entering school.
Important Reminder: when making an appointment, the alumni of the International College should choose “other” in the major column, and then enter the major manually. And select “study abroad” for “study type”.

Step 4. Fill in the accompanying’s information
According to the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control, it is advocated not to take family members and accompanying person. If there are indeed family members who need to enter the campus together, please fill in the new arrival information in the column of “arrival and departure information” and select family members or accompanying person for the person type. And family members are required to show the original ID documents and cooperate with the normalized epidemic prevention and control measures.
Step 5. Epidemic prevention requirements
1. When entering the campus, please wear a mask, cooperate with the temperature test, and show the relevant health green code and itinerary card. If you return to school during the school anniversary week (April 3 to April 9), the alumni from Fujian province must hold the Bamin health code green code and the itinerary card, and the alumni from other provinces must hold the negative certificate of new coronavirus nucleic acid test within 7 days.
2. It’s recommended not to bring the accompanying person and try to take the public transportation to return to school and cooperate with the school’s normalized epidemic prevention and control measures.
3. Pay attention to the changes of the national epidemic situation, and the school prevention and control measures, activity arrangement adjustment and other information.
