Michael Schmitt（中文名：施明德）出生于德国。他是一位拥有22年以上国际酒店管理经验的职业经理人，拥有多个国家的奢华/商务/度假酒店的管理经验。Mr.Schmitt 在希尔顿集团工作超过19年，足迹遍布英国、德国、澳大利亚、泰国和中国，他也曾在新家坡泛太平洋酒店工作过一段时间。他在客房管理、餐饮、项目革新及筹备领域具备深厚的综合管理知识和经验，是市场营销管理专家，尤其是收益管理，创新客户体验上，具有独到而敏锐的见解和洞察。

Mr. Schmitt 成功筹备并运营著名的厦门康莱德酒店，并致力于领导酒店成为福建省领先的奢华酒店。

Michael Schmitt was born in Germany. He is an international Hotelier with more than 22 years of extensive hospitality experience in luxury / business / resort hotels across multiple countries.Mr. Schmitt has worked at various Hilton properties in the U.K., Germany, Australia, Thailand and China. He is with Hilton for more than 19 years and also worked for Pan Pacific Singapore at some time. He has solid knowledge in General Management, Rooms, F&B, renovation projects and pre-opening and is an expert in Sales &Marketing, including Revenue Management, and creating innovative guest experiences.

Mr. Schmitt successfully opened the prestigious Conrad Xiamen and positioned it as one of Fujian Province’s leading luxury hotels.
