个人简介

本科获得英美文学学位，并持有英语专业八级证书。随后赴英国利兹贝克特大学，学习国际酒店管理专业，获得硕士研究生学位。在英国期间，任职于多家国际品牌酒店，先后担任前厅部经理，餐饮部经理和总经理助理等诸多岗位职务，积累了丰富的行业经验。由于出色的工作表现，被酒店公费派送伦敦学习WSET 品酒师，以优异成绩获得了品酒师证书。 

于2008年2月入职厦门大学国际学院，现担任学院教学委员会委员及酒店管理专业项目负责人。参与筹建和管理酒店管理专业，在院领导的大力支持下，协助学院分别设立了厦门帝元维多利亚大酒店和厦门康莱德酒店，作为我院‘校企合作实习实训基地’，帮助学生得到实践和就业的机会。为增加知识储备，更好服务教学，于2018年开始攻读香港理工大学旅游和酒店专业博士研究生。现为厦门品酒师协会委员，并持有WSET高级品酒师证书。

Shi Fengxia has obtained the master degree from Leeds Beckett University, majoring in hospitality management. She has worked in different international brand hotels. Because of her hard working, she got a scholarship to take WEST training and gained the certification with distinction. She joined in the International College of Xiamen University since 2008. Currently, she is  the member of Teaching Committee of International College and the course leader of Hospitality Management Programme.
