具有近十年台资、港资、央企、跨国公司等各类企业丰富工作经验，工作领域涉及航运物流、百货零售、国际邮轮、会展、旅游等行业，历任公司部门经理、事业部总经理、公司总经理等管理职务。在企业任职期间，曾以业内专家身份，参加厦门市代表团赴美商谈邮轮母港建设事宜；带领公司团队获得福建省职业技能竞赛团体一等奖。
With more than ten-year management experience in foreign-funded enterprise, MNC and central government-owned enterprise, Ms. Chen had ever worked in the field of logistic, retailing, cruise, exhibition and tourism. As a member of Xiamen delegation, Ms. Chen was involved in the negotiation of the cruise home port construction in Miami. Under her leadership, the company' s team won the Group First Prize in the Fujian vocational skill competition.
