个人简介 Profile

金融学博士，金融学教授，博士生导师，厦门大学一带一路研究院副院长，厦门市政协委员、人资环农委副主任（兼），美国哥伦比亚大学商学院访问学者，教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者，国家社科基金重大课题首席专家。本科毕业于南京大学，研究生毕业于厦门大学，获金融学博士学位，2006年留校任教，2008年破格晋升为副教授，2011年破格遴选为博士生导师，2012年破格晋升为教授。2014年至2016年借调厦门市财政局，任局长助理，参与厦门地铁机场千亿规模的投融资与国有资产改革。已在《经济研究》、《中国工业经济》、《金融研究》和《南开管理评论》等权威核心杂志发表学术论文四十余篇。目前已独立主持国家社科基金重大课题1项，国家自然科学基金2项，国家社科基金1项，教育部金融危机应急课题1项，以及上海证券交易所、福建省发改委、福建省工商联等企事业单位的横向课题。

截止2021年，已指导四名博士研究生获得博士学位，毕业后进入上海证券交易所（2017年）、湖南大学金融与统计学院（2018年，2021年），中国金融期货交易所（2019年）工作；指导的硕士研究生毕业后进入：全国社保基金理事会、工商银行总行、建设银行总行、中国银行总行、兴业银行总行（3人）、招商银行总行（2人）、中国民生银行总行、中信证券（4人）、中金公司（2人）、国泰君安、海通证券（2人）、中信建投、华泰证券、兴业证券（5人）、国信证券、申万宏源、平安证券、易方达基金、华夏基金、南方基金、大成基金、华安基金、安信基金、兴银基金、深创投、达晨创投、平安信托、兴业信托、太平人寿、东方资产等金融机构总部从事金融市场、资产管理、投资银行、行业研究、风险管理和一二级市场投资工作。

工作经历
2006年-2008年 厦门大学金融系 助理教授 2008年-2011年12月 厦门大学金融系 副教授、硕士生导师 2012年1月-2012年7月 厦门大学金融系 副教授、博士生导师 2012年8月至今 厦门大学金融系 教授、博士生导师 期间： 2010年3月至2010年12月 福建省霞浦县人民政府副县长 2010年12月年至2011年6月 福建省宁德市人民政府办公室副主任，宁德市企业上市工作领导小组办公室主任 2014年5月至2016年5月 厦门市财政局局长助理，参与地铁机场等大型基础设施投融资和全市国有资产改革 。

海外教育经历
美国哥伦比亚大学商学院金融系(Columbia University, Graduate School of Business, New York, NY )，访问学者，合作导师Kent Daniel教授。

Doctor of Finance, Professor of Finance, Doctoral Supervisor, Deputy Dean of the One Belt One Road Research Institute of Xiamen University, Member of the Xiamen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Deputy Director of the Human Resources, Environment and Agriculture Committee (concurrently), Visiting Scholar of Columbia University Business School, Ministry of Education Selected in the "Century Excellent Talents Support Program", chief expert on major projects of the National Social Science Fund. He graduated from Nanjing University with a bachelor's degree and graduated from Xiamen University with a doctorate degree in finance. He stayed on to teach in 2006, was promoted to associate professor in 2008, was selected as a doctoral supervisor in 2011, and was promoted to professor in 2012. From 2014 to 2016, he was seconded to the Xiamen Municipal Finance Bureau and served as the assistant to the director. He participated in the investment and financing of Xiamen Metro Airport and the reform of state-owned assets. He has published more than 40 academic papers in authoritative core journals such as "Economic Research", "Chinese Industrial Economy", "Financial Research" and "Nankai Management Review". At present, he has independently presided over 1 major project of the National Social Science Fund, 2 National Natural Science Fund, 1 National Social Science Fund, 1 financial crisis emergency project of the Ministry of Education, and Shanghai Stock Exchange, Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Fujian Federation of Industry and Commerce Horizontal issues of enterprises and institutions.

As of 2021, four doctoral students have been instructed to obtain a doctorate degree, and after graduation they have entered the Shanghai Stock Exchange (2017), the School of Finance and Statistics of Hunan University (2018, 2021), and the China Financial Futures Exchange (2019) ; After graduation, the master graduate students who are instructed enter: National Council of Social Security Fund, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of China, Industrial Bank (3 people), China Merchants Bank (2 people), China Minsheng Bank, China CITIC Securities (4 people), CICC (2 people), Guotai Junan, Haitong Securities (2 people), China Securities, Huatai Securities, Industrial Securities (5 people), Guosen Securities, Shenwan Hongyuan, Ping An Securities, E Fund, China Asset Management , Southern Fund, Dacheng Fund, Huaan Fund, Essence Fund, Xingyin Fund, Shenzhen Venture Capital, Fortune Venture Capital, Ping An Trust, Industrial Trust, Taiping Life, Orient Assets and other financial institutions headquartered in financial markets, asset management, investment banking , Industry research, risk management and investment in the primary and secondary markets.

From March 2010 to December 2010, Deputy County Mayor, People's Government of Xiapu County, Fujian Province.

December 2010 to June 2011, Deputy Director, Office of People's Government of Ningde City, Fujian Province and Director of the Office of the Municipal Leading Group for Listed Enterprise in Ningde.

From May 2014 to May 2016, Assistant to the Director of the Xiamen Finance Bureau, participated in the investment and financing of large-scale infrastructure such as subways and airports, and the city's state-owned asset reform.
