个人简介 Profile

毕业于日本国立神户大学经营学研究科，现任厦门大学国际学院专业组教师。担任CSCSE-SQA HND课程、中日本科项目专业科目(日语授课)等教学工作。研究领域包括国际物流、航空物流、组织行为。曾在日本学习工作多年，曾参与日本文部省地震复兴研究中日青年调查项目，具有海外500强企业工作实习经历，日本国际交流基金等多家教育机构任教经验。

Wanfen Guo currently teaches the courses of CSCSE-SQA HND and the Sino-Japanese 2+2 Program in Japanese. She utilizes an interdisciplinary approach to teach and investigate performance and strategies at the firm and industry levels. Her research interest lies in the field of international logistics, transportation, and leadership. She holds an MA in commerce from Kobe University in the field of marketing and applied economics.

ローコストキャリアという格安航空会社がもたらす国民経済的効果を分析し、企業の戦略的行動や産業の動きを経済学的な視点から考える。経済のグローバル化によって、役割が拡大しつつある航空輸送および、企業の戦略的行動が社会厚生に及ぼす影響と課題について研究している。また、組織における組織文化とリーダーシップについて理論と実証の双方から研究している。
