[Centenary Celebration Special] Representative from the James Cook University Singapore Visited to Congratulate Xiamen University on its 100th Anniversary

On the morning of March 3, Cao Lu, representative of James Cook University Singapore (hereinafter referred to as JCU) in China visited International College(IC) and specially sent a gift to congratulate Xiamen University on its 100th anniversary.

 

Prof. Tao Tao, Dean of International College, entertained d Ms. Cao Lu, representative of JCU China, in Conference Room B309 and expressed his gratitude to JCU Singapore for sending a representative to present gifts, and welcomed them to visit XMU after the epidemic. Mr Tao are pleased to hear that all the IC students in JCU are well. Tao believed that JCU’s rigorous professional teaching and meticulous and thoughtful student service will appeal more and more students would to go to JCU for further study. The college will also further promote the exchange and cooperation between both sides

 

Cao Lu said that Lu Mingyan, president of JCU, Singapore visited XMU in 2019 and was deeply impressed by XMU, especially International College, and has been actively promoting the in-depth cooperation between the two sides. On the occasion of the centenary celebration of XMU, they specially send gifts and blessings  to XMU with representative in person. It is hoped that both parties will have more in-depth exchange and cooperation in talent cultivation and project cooperation.

After the meeting, the two sides exchanged gifts and sent  blessings to each other, which enhanced the friendship.
